Take It Up a Notch

Does your life give you satisfaction? Are you enjoying it? If you answered no, have I got some help for you. We’re about to take it up a notch!

This week I am traveling. I’m not a big fan of driving across country, but I tell you I am motivated to get to where I’m going. Our first stop was Memphis, but I’m headed to Austin, TX for a coaching conference with a personal development guru. This has been on my “bucket list” for the last three years and I’m finally getting to do it. This is his first live event since before COVID and boy is it ever needed.

There are going to be about 1000 other people at this conference and I am pumped to meet 1000 other people who are living life to the fullest! 1000 other people who are inspired and motivated, who are positive about helping others live lives that matter. It’s 3 days of enthusiasm, positivity and making new friends. How cool is that?

Life is short. We are all created for some definite purpose and mission and I want to help others figure out what their mission is. That also means helping others connect to a deeper relationship with Christ, which needs to be first and foremost.

As I get closer to retirement, I’ve been wondering what it is that I’m going to want to do during that stage of life. I figure, retirement is the age of wisdom, right?

Let’s take it up a notch. If you are following along with me, I want you to join me. Let’s take some action to a life of satisfaction and enjoyment.

Action Steps

-Make a list of 5 things you’d like to do before your time on earth is done and DO them. Don’t put it off. Make a plan. Write it down. Set some goals. Schedule it in your day. Put it in your calendar. —-No matter how silly someone else may think it is. The excitement of getting to do it is exhilarating!

-Don’t let fear keep you from accomplishing something you want to do. Fear is false evidence appearing real. I mean, you have to be safe, but fearless. Be willing to try new things. Take it up a notch.

I imagine that when the day ends today, I’m going to have so much more to say. Stay tuned. There will be another post in my future. LOL.

Thanks for following along. I appreciate you! –God bless.
